Hi @sinainthecity, no worries!

The team is aware of the USDT issue and it’s their top priority now. It would be helpful if you could take a video with the exact steps and submit them using the technical form.

Common Issue when performing Bridge “Error - User rejected”

  1. As f(x) wallet is a cold wallet, user will need to authorise (sign) within 3 seconds timeframe for all transaction submitted.

  2. Do not switch screen on your mobile while performing any transaction request. Please remain inside f(x) wallet app and wait for prompt to appear.

  3. For all initial login (scanning QRCode) - if unable to scan, do refresh the QRCode on your desktop browser and try again.

  4. Clear your browser cache and quit f(x) wallet app to try again.

For advance issue, please submit using…

We have detected the Bridging issue reported for Android ver2.2 build 245 (latest version).

We will work with Function X team to update the f(x) core wallet as soon. Will keep everyone posted once it’s ready available on App Stores.

@orbitant, from my side, I’ve changed the browser to chrome and the bridge is working well.

The bridge have no fees right ?

Great that it’s working for you too!

Yup, there’s no/low fees (insignificant) as the process move from one mainnet (Function X) to another mainnet (MarginX) on f(x)core infrastructure.
