What is the average time span to onboard new merchants?

If we exclude the delivery of the device.
KYC for merchant should take between 3 to 5 days from the time it’s submitted, on top of that the merchant should learn how to use the merchant.pundix.com platform and the device which could take a day or two, depending on how fast the merchant picks up information.
When I first started playing with the device, I picked up how to use it quite fast, about an hour or so, but that depends from person to person I guess

what about the KYC for merchants though? After reviewing, it looks like a good amount of documentation needed for onboarding.

It sure looks like that but you should have those documents to keep a business open as far as I am aware of.
