Transfer Fx from Bittrex to fxWallet

Hi guys,
I’m trying to withdraw my fx tokens from Bittrex to my fxWallet but the status is invalid.
When I put an Ethereum style address (0x…) it notes that the address is not supported. When I put a Function x style address (fx…) that seems like it supports the it but eventualy it’s invalid.
Can someone advise?

send to the FX erc20 eth address in fx wallet from an exchange, only send to the fx core wallets once on fx wallet, make sure your full receiving address is correct and it has not picked up any extra charters
