Lazy is the last word I would use as they’ve been very busy recently with all the tech updates, meetups and AMAs.
As for reward distribution, you will have to wait till it’s ready.

It might be necessary in the future to give some timeline ahead in the proposal, to avoid comments like that.
I won’t even try to say that they’re lazy…
