Refund/Return Policy:

- The refund requests can be accepted if the product malfunctioned upon receiving, e.g. cannot pair up with p(x)Card app. Receivers need to:
- Record the malfunctioning situation and send the video to the p(x)Card team for confirmation.
- After the p(x)Card team confirms the refund requests, the receivers must send the p(x)Card back within 7 days upon receiving the item.
- The original shipping fee from the p(x)Card to the receiver will not be refunded. The shipping cost from the receiver to the p(x)Card team will be covered by the p(x)Card team.
