This major upgrade to f(x)Core testnet includes several significant updates on EVM and a change to the deposit threshold of governance proposal.
The upgrade flow will start with the governance proposal that will be launched on May 19th (Singapore time). This upgrade will require f(x)Core testnet validators to update their code by the scheduled date, or they will not be able to participate in consensus.
